Hanging out with people that fulfill and inspire you (friends & community > everything else)
Asking: “Am I happy doing this?”
  • the situation will change, but the state of stress/overwhelm you’re in now is one you’ll consistently be willing to sink into over and over again, so pay attention to the day to day and don’t overwhelm yourself unless that’s the kind of life you want longterm
